The public website contact form does not take payment, submit an order, or create a reservation, so there is nothing to return through that form.
A course brief or written booking confirmation may contain particular terms that apply to a workshop’s date, delivery method, price, materials, or cancellation window. If those specific terms differ from this general policy, the specific terms in the confirmed arrangement take priority to the extent permitted by law.
Before you commit
Before confirming a booking, please read the course brief and ask questions about the format, technical preparation, scheduled times, accessibility, or suitability for your intended use. Qobelarin can explain the workshop approach, but cannot decide whether it meets every individual educational or professional need. You are responsible for checking that you can attend and that you are authorised to make the booking if you are arranging it for an organisation.
If you need to cancel
To request a cancellation, email [email protected] from the email address used for the booking, with the course name, scheduled date, and a clear request. Please contact Qobelarin as soon as you know you cannot attend. The relevant booking confirmation will state the cancellation window and any options for a refund, credit, transfer, or rebooking.
Where a transfer to another attendee or session is possible, it depends on practical factors such as capacity, preparation already provided, timing, and the format of the course. A request is not complete until Qobelarin confirms it in writing. Do not assume that non-attendance alone cancels a booking or produces an automatic refund.
If Qobelarin changes a course
Qobelarin may need to adjust a course date, instructor, venue, delivery platform, timetable, or minor content detail where this is reasonably necessary. If a material change is required, Qobelarin will use the contact information supplied for the booking to explain the change and describe the reasonable options available. Options may include a revised date, an alternative format, a transfer, credit, or refund as appropriate to the circumstance.
Where a session cannot proceed because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including an emergency, serious technical failure, or venue unavailability, Qobelarin will aim to communicate promptly and arrange a fair next step. This does not create a guarantee that an identical replacement session will always be available.
How approved refunds work
When Qobelarin agrees that a refund is due, it will normally be returned by the original payment method unless a different approach is required or agreed. Processing time can depend on the payment provider or bank. The amount and timing of a refund may be affected by the confirmed course terms, the stage of delivery, applicable consumer law, and any value already supplied with your agreement.
Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, or account credentials by ordinary email. If Qobelarin needs information to process an approved refund, it will request only what is reasonably necessary through an appropriate channel. This policy does not limit statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer.
